The practical part involves a lesson of circuit training. It is training with music, usually divided into 6-12 stands (bosu, steps, fitballs, overballs, fitness bands, dumbbells, etc.). Exercise focused on main muscle parts is usually intercut with aerobic exercise to keep the adequate intensity.
